We supply 6 months warranty.
Q5:How can I pay the money?
Telegraphic transfer, 30 percent deposit and the balance be paid before the shipment.
Q6:How will I get my excavator/dump truck/tractor/trailer if I pay?
After we received the deposit, we'll arrange the production, it'll be finished within 15-20days, and we'll send pics and videos for your check. After you're satisfied, then pay the balance, after that we'll arrange the shipment.
Q7:Whats the time for delivery?
If standard model we have in stock can ship it out within 10 days after payment. If used trailer or truck,we can ship it out within 10 days after payment. Because we have to renovate and paint it. If it is a new production, usually cases in 20 days can be finished for shipment.
Q8:How long it will take for an order to be delivered?
15 to 20 working days after we received your 30 percent payment inadvance or 100 percent L/C at sight. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
